VibeLogic Expands Leadership with New Head of Operations

We’re thrilled to share that Jessica Bush has officially joined VibeLogic as Head of Operations, stepping into a key leadership role alongside Co-Founders Stephan Bajaio and Trevor Stolber.
Jessica brings decades of experience in operational leadership, executive enablement, and
business systems strategy. She previously founded ExecZen, a fractional ops consultancy focused on clarity, rhythm, and scalable infrastructure for startups. Prior to that, she served in high-trust roles supporting C-suite leaders, known for her ability to bring calm to chaos and momentum to ideas.
In her new role, Jessica will serve as the connective force between VibeLogic’s two founding pillars:
Stephan Bajaio, CEO, brings deep expertise in brand building, go-to-market strategy, and client success - having co-founded and scaled Conductor to a $525M valuation.
Trevor Stolber, CTO, brings a rich background in technical SEO, AI innovation, and proprietary system design, holding three patents (with 17 pending).
