Claiming the Seat You’ve Always Had: Leadership in Business Operations Strategy

When I joined VibeLogic as Head of Operations, one of the first reminders I received from our CEO, Stephan Bajaio, was simple but profound:
“The seat was always yours, you just weren’t letting yourself take it.”
That line captures the journey I’ve been on - not just in joining VibeLogic, but across my career in operational leadership.
From Support Roles to Leadership
For years, my titles said “support”: Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Fractional Operator. On paper, those roles can look secondary. In practice, they meant running operations, guiding leaders, and shaping clarity in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
Launching ExecZen, my fractional operations consultancy, was the first time I named that work for what it was: leadership. It gave me the opportunity to step in with founders and teams, build rhythm and systems, and create scalable infrastructure where there had been chaos.
Now, at VibeLogic, I have the privilege of doing this work at scale - bringing the same clarity, rhythm, and structure to a company that is pushing the boundaries of SEO and innovation.
Leadership Beyond the Spotlight
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is this: leadership doesn’t always look like the loudest voice in the room. It looks like:
Designing systems so teams can do their best work.
Creating rhythms that free founders to focus on vision.
Holding accountability without creating noise.
Turning scattered ideas into sustainable progress.
These are not “support” functions. They are core leadership responsibilities.
Building a Culture of Recognition and Growth
At VibeLogic, we believe that great SEO requires not only technical expertise but also a strong business operations strategy to support it. That’s the seat I’ve claimed at the table - and the one I encourage others to own, too.
That perspective is deeply personal to me. I’ve mentored many executive assistants and chiefs of staff who struggle with the same challenge I once did: seeing themselves as leaders when their title suggests otherwise. My message to them is the same one Stephan shared with me: The seat was always yours. Claim it.

The Future We’re Building
As Head of Operations at VibeLogic, my role is to ensure that our systems, rhythms, and people are aligned to move forward together. The future we’re building in this space requires operational clarity as much as it requires technical excellence.
I’m proud to stand alongside our founders and team as we create that future - together.
